A place I feel safe
A place I'm so snug
Is inside myself
I'm a snug as a bug
OM is my center
The calm in my heart
Where I KNOW I am brave
And I know that I'm smart
I know how to breathe
And to calm all my worry
To take just a moment
to pause and not hurry
Breathe in and breathe out
Clear my mind, settle in
Relax all my muscles
Prepare to begin
I know through and through
I am loved her at home
But when I'm not there
There's no place like OM
